I am here to serve.

I have been an empath my entire life - a human sponge that experiences life more intensely due to a highly sensitive neurological system.

Empaths are the feelers of the world, the creatives, the artists, the “too sensitive” black sheeps.

My healing journey began through me wanting to heal my mental and physical body, after years of self abuse and neglect. In my attempts to find love and acceptance in a cold-hearted world, I lost awareness of what was going on with my self. I became overwhelmed and disintegrated.

My lack of awareness and healthy boundary setting, negatively manifested itself not only in my body, but in my life as well. I was living a life that lacked integrity, harmony, peace, love, and health, because I was living without the awareness of the presence of God.

I was divinely led to yoga, and that eventually helped me gain more mindfulness in my life. Yoga reconnected me with my spirit. The Holy Spirit within, convicted me to change my life in an unimaginable way. I was able to get control of many of my addictions and physical ailments, by creating healthy spiritual practices.

As I became more self aware, I began questioning other areas of my life. God sent The Holy Bible and The Human Design System as a way for me to deepen my understanding of who I was created to be. HD helped me unlock the mystery behind feeling like an extraterrestrial my whole life, healing generational trauma, and breaking toxic emotional cycles. I am getting to know myself in a way that I never knew possible - focusing on strengthening my emotional intelligence, and releasing my codependency.

I craved integrity, authenticity, and truth in the form of a relationship. I came to realize all of those things by cultivating a healthy relationship with my self and God. I learned to see my own worth, find forgiveness for myself, and trust again. Building that character has allowed me to welcome in God’s love and receive His plan for my life.

My incredible life experiences allow me to hold the space for others as they deepen their own personal relationship and connection to God within self, thus deepening their connection to God himself. I wake up each day choosing to love myself fully, and by doing so I connect with Spirit directly. I am a channel for the Most High God.
